This episode continues after Faith shot Donald Mann on the rooftop. Cruz is seen swimming under the water, taking the cuffs out of Mann's hands. She then emerges and plants the knife Mann had in the water. After Faith tells her that she doesn't need any help, Maritza tells her that she has to tell the boss and any officer who comes that Mann had attacked Maritza, and so she (Faith) shot him in self-defense, or if not she won't be able to see her family anymore, as she will be taken to jail. When Swerzky arrives, he asks Cruz what happened, and she tells him to ask Faith, who repeats Maritza's story. When Cruz asks Swerzky if he saw Yoshi on his way up, they discover that he slipped into the wind, and Faith finds out...
