Bad character in quadruple datadumps (July 2008)

      Does anyone know how to fix it? will fixing the topic fix it? do we need to release new quadruple datadump? can we do it now and not wait 3 months? the July 2008 datadumps doesn't work because of it...

      How do we know there aren't more like this one?

      How could it have happened in the first place? is this trolling?
