The goal of the LA Bands base is to create a catalog of all bands, past and present, famous and obscure, that got their start in the LA music scene. Please feel free to add bands, even if it's just your own! If you find a band already in Freebase that should be in here, just enter "Los Angeles" in the field for "place musical career began" and they'll be added to the base. Also feel free to add any information to bands already in the base.
