In the episode, Michael Scott is disturbed by the appearance of his new no-nonsense superior Charles Miner, played by The Wire star Idris Elba, making his first of six slated guest appearances with The Office. At the end of the episode, Michael abruptly announces he is quitting from Dunder Mifflin in protest of the lack of respect he is shown.
The episode was written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, and directed by Paul Feig.
