“Music is my Life” is Clint Crisher’s paradigm. At age seven singing “King of the Road” by Roger Miller, the spark was born that would ignite a poignant and dedicated creative talent.
In High School, Clint was student director and lead tenor of the Madrigal Singers who performed at Westminister Abbey in London, England. Clint also played the Trombone in the high school band, was president of the drama club and director of many school plays and starred in several productions with the Fernandina Beach Community Theatre, all while maintaining the honor roll.
Clint’s love of people comes through in his astounding performances. It is reflected in the depth of his musical oeuvre, including twelve years of extensive study and development in dance, voice and drama before the age of twenty. His dazzling stage presence is climaxed with the integrity of his compositions, realized by his virtuoso voice.
During college, Clint started an alternative rock band called “Painted Sun”. Lead Singer and songwriter for the group Painted Sun helped Clint build his confidence to perform his original material every weekend for about two years all over Florida, including the Palace Saloon, which is the oldest and most famous bar in Florida.
In April 1996, Clint ran for City Commissioner of Fernandina Beach, lost the race but changed the issues and the attitude of the city leaders before moving to Washington, DC.
After moving to DC, Clint met Willie R Lewis and started recording house music. Their union formed a sound with an energetic beat that everyone loved to dance to. For the next several years Clint headlined at venues from New York City to Miami Beach.
In June 1999, Clint released his debut album, “Perfect World” with a 45 minute concert at CLUB LIFE in New York City. The single, Perfect World reached #7 on the TOP 100 MP3’s in the UK.
In August 2001, Clint moved to South Beach Miami and by November was already performing his high energy house music at the famous Crobar Night Club.
July 31, 2002, Clint signed with Cetacean Records for the single “It Can Happen To You” and performed venues all over the world.
In August 2005, Clint took the leap and finally decided to move to Los Angeles were he has been working on his new studio album "Terrific Distraction" and auditioning for film, television and as a print and runway model when he has he time.
In July 2007, Clint released Terrific Distraction, a 15-track, full length album through his label Crisher Entertainment. The first single released from the album, Spotlight, was remixed and released as Spotlight "The Remixes" earning Clint the title of Breakout Billboard Artist. The second single titled Run Baby Run followed suit with the remix album and continues to be added and played in steady rotation nationwide. As mentioned Terrific Distraction was followed by 2 remix albums, Spotlight "The Remixes" and Run Baby Run "The Remixes" as well as re-releasing It Can Happen To You "The Remixes" and his alternative rock bands debut album, Monogamy by Painted Sun. Crisher Entertainment has become a full fledged label!
In 2008, Clint's entertainment company was hired to manage a project titled The Hot Boys World. This project provided a much needed outlet for Clint as he released 3 full length albums (The Hot Boys World, Volumes 1, 2 and 3) of original material seemingly effortlessly (each album had a song or two by featured artists, i.e. Volume 1 featured TyRon Jackson, Volume 2 had Hot2Go, and Volume 3 featured 2 tracks by mArte and 1 by GlitzGlam.) Clint otherwise wrote, recorded and released all of these uniquely sexy tracks and followed up with an outstanding remix album of fan favorites mid 2009!
As of June 2009, Clint resides in Los Angeles where he is making music, running his entertainment company and realizing his dream. With TraXXX 123 RemiXed released in May and The Hot Boys World Volume 4 due in a couple of weeks, Clint kicks off his worldwide tour! Similar to his original paradigm, Clint's new mantra, "Music is The Reason," is also track #10 on his Perfect World album released in 1999. The song defines Clint and explains his relentless drive. It seems he has just begun to rock the world and MUSIC IS THE REASON! Stay tuned...
