Vilya

Vilya, also known as the Ring of Air or the Ring of Sapphire, was one of the three rings of the elves featured in J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion.  Vilya was a large sapphire set in a band of gold.  Like the other elven rings, the power of Vilya was primarily to heal and preserve.
