Mituhisa Ishikawa (石川 光久, Ishikawa Mitsuhisa) is Japanese entrepreneur of anime, the co-founder and current president and CEO of Production I.G, as well as a leading producer for the studio. He was also a former executive at Bee Train from 1997-2006.

In 2005 Ishikawa joined on his first joint Japanese-U.S. collaboration, since the opening of the Production I.G branch in Los Angeles, on IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix, a joint production with Production I.G and Cartoon Network.
