Two lovers go bungee jumping off Brooklyn Bridge only to find a bloody man screaming at them for help. Flack is back at work after being injured in last season's finale "Charge of this Post". Stella finds a Statue of Liberty keychain stuck in the man's abdomen and ring which suggests a marriage proposal gone wrong. Meanwhile Detective Angell investigates a socialite found dead in her luxury apartment. The lady was found on the first floor in her bra and underwear and appears to have been pushed down to her death from the second floor.
