This film was directed by Tom Holland (Fright Night, Child's Play), and written by Tom Engelman and Kevin Falls (Shark). When his admin assistant takes a leave, the executive Timothy Hutton (Broken Hill) is assigned a temp Lara Flynn Boyle (Poltergeist III). The executive starts to note the death of some of his rivals, Dwight Schultz (Fat Man and Little Boy) and Oliver Platt (A Time To Kill). When the admin assistant returns, the temp begins her own way up the recruitment ladder.
This film won the 1994 Razzie for the worst supporting actress Faye Dunaway.
