In 1974 at the Glenville Sanatorium, Dr. Brendan Ryan (Arne MacPherson) is showing a local psychiatrist, Dr. Ann McQuaid (Kristen Harris), around the psychiatric hospital and shows her three young cannibals, Three-Finger, Saw-Tooth and One-Eye ( Their real names are unknown ). Dr. Ryan reveals how they got their nicknames. Three-Finger bit two of his fingers off, One-Eye poked his eye out with a fork and Saw-Tooth used to saw his teeth against saw wood because he had abnormally large teeth. They all had the ability to inflict pain and not feel it. While Dr. Ryan and Dr. McQuaid move on, One of the mental patients grabs Dr. McQuaid's hair and rips out her hair clip...
