The film describes the further misadventures of the staff at the fictional chain restaurant Shenaniganz as they cope with competition from a Hooters-esque restaurant called Ta-Tas Wing Shack.
This movie was released directly to DVD. Justin Long, who starred in the first movie, would later say that he was "truly embarrassed" to be involved with Still Waiting... (via his cameo) in an interview with Peter Travers of Rolling Stone.
